How Far in Advance Should I Schedule My Service?
You should book your event at least a week in advance, preferably more. The reason for this is that transportation services need to know how many vehicles they need and when they’re needed. If you wait until the last minute, there’s a good chance that some of the vehicles that you want may be unavailable or that prices will be higher due to demand (and there’s nothing worse than paying too much for something). It also gives you time to plan other aspects of your event.
At What Point in Time Does My Reservation Begin and End?
When your reservation begins and ends is a bit complicated. Reservation begins when the bus arrives at its pick-up location and ends when it returns to its drop-off location. If you are planning to stay out for more than one day, we recommend booking a charter bus for multiple days so that you can get back home safely without having to worry about transportation after spending the nigh.
